AI Errors & Incorrect Responses​

AI responses are generated by third-party services and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. The author is not responsible for any incorrect answers the AI provides to your customers — including wrong technical instructions, incorrect pricing information, or misleading statements.

It is your responsibility to monitor AI replies and ensure they meet your quality standards.

Customer Data & Privacy​

When a ticket is processed, its content — including customer messages — is sent to the AI provider's API. You are solely responsible for ensuring this complies with:

  • Your own privacy policy
  • Your customers' expectations
  • Applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Review the privacy policy of your chosen AI provider before enabling this extension. The author has no access to your data and is not responsible for how third-party providers handle it.

Your Own API Key is Required​

This extension does not include any API access or credits. You must provide your own API key from your chosen provider. All costs (token usage, API requests) are billed directly to your account. The author has no access to your API key and is not responsible for any charges incurred.

No Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this extension — including but not limited to data breaches, incorrect AI responses, unexpected API costs, or service disruptions.
