Automatically answers new support tickets using AI
Supports OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Mistral AI, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (e.g. OpenCode)
Configurable system prompt so the AI knows who it is and how to behave
Hosting / company information field so the AI can give accurate, context-aware answers
Department filter — disable AI replies for specific departments (e.g. Billing)
Human hand-off — once a staff member replies to a ticket, the AI stays silent on that ticket permanently
Anti-loop protection — the AI never replies to its own messages
Discord webhook — receive a notification when the AI cannot answer a ticket so a human can follow up
API key stored encrypted in the database

Paymenter (latest version recommended)
A valid API key from your chosen AI provider (your own key — no API access is included)
A dedicated Paymenter staff user that acts as the AI bot (e.g. "AI Support Bot")
