Finding and Regenerating License Keys

Where to find a key

The purchase confirmation email with the subject Service activated includes the license key.

The customer can also find it in the customer area:

1. Log in at domain.com.
2. Open Services and select the purchased service.
3. Copy the value under License key.

If the email is missing, check the spam folder. The service page is the reliable source for the current key. Keys are case insensitive, but must otherwise match exactly. Remove any spaces copied with the key.

Regenerating a key

If a key leaked or was shared, the customer can regenerate it without staff approval:

1. Open the service page.
2. Click Regenerate license key.
3. Copy the new key from the service page or the regeneration email.
4. Update the key in the software installation.

The old key stops working immediately. A new key is issued and sent by email.

Does the license expire?

Check expires_at on the service page. If there is no expiry, the license remains valid as long as the service is active.
